Refund Policy

At Bontech Cyber Training, we are committed to providing high-quality cybersecurity education and hands-on training.

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

• The request is submitted within 3 days of purchase  
• No significant portion of the program has been accessed or completed  
• A valid reason is provided for the request  

All refund requests must be submitted via email to:
bontechcybertraining@gmail.com

Please include your full name, date of purchase, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Bontech Cyber Training reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
